Anxiety, Guilt, and Pride in Parenthood

Abstract

I review The Moral Psychology of Guilt (eds. Cokelet and Maley), The Moral Psychology of Pride (eds. Carter and Gordon), and The Moral Psychology of Anxiety (eds. Rondel and Chopra). While the essays in these collections are all academic, scholarly essays, my way of reading and evaluating will be much more focused on how they capture the emotional reality and oughts of parenthood.
